Well the last few days have been awefull!!! I started having contractions friday around 11am and just tried to sleep them off at first there was only a couple so I called my mom just to tell her what was up.Then all of a sudden it got really really bad really fast!! So I called her back and said we'd better go in ASAP!! immediately I got sick to my stomache and thought oh no these babies CANT come yet.So I tried to get dressed and we left It was the longest ride to the hospital ever.We were running red lights and pissing people off but it was very crucial we get there to stop the labour.Did I mention I am only 23 weeks!!!
So we get there and it was a very long story from there the pain was so intense I couldnt even talk to all 7 nurses trying to assist me.So I remember they insited I lay on my back on the bed and the dressed me into a gown well that was the last position I wanted to be in.They attempted hooking me up to IV they had to try for over 40 minutes just to...

On April 10th I had my echocardiogram, which was a specialized ultrasund to look more closly at baby A & C's hearts. They had only seen 2 vessel cords instaed of 3 vessels in the umbillical cords. It was the longest testy of my life. As I lay there having to be perfectly still sooooooo uncomfortable with tears streaming down my face because I felt sooo awefull I just prayed it woould all be over soon, then they told me it was going to be 45 minutes per baby.WHAT????? well it didnt end up being that long but I had been waiting for this test for almost 3 weeks and then they said wait some more. End of story I survived and to find out that we have 3 healthy girls!!!! What a relief!!! So no heart problems, no surgery needed after birth.
So my mom and I celebrated by wheeling me down to the hospital's cafeteria and having chicken and fries for lunch.

well it has been some time now and lots has happened. Some good some bad ya know...
Well the beginning of April I was really starting to slow down, which meant I was having a very hard time with my son who is just go, go, go! So I had posted an ad for a live out full time nanny to come and relieve me.I did a ton of interviewing and finally found the perfect nanny for our family. That is just until Lily arrives in June as our Full-time live in.So she started with us on April7th.She is here mon-fri 8-4, it works out great I sleep all day cuz I cannot sleep at night and she plays with Logan and for the most part keeps him happy and smilling :)
I had a routine visit with my high risk Dr the next day on Tuesday and had told her I was experiencing some bleeding and more contractions, she right away was worried and sent me in for an emergency ultrasound to make sure my cervix wasnt starting to open. She from that point on put me on strict bedrest and was sending in an order for a homecare nurse to...

Well this week has been one of the busyiest.I have had my specialist appoinment with Dr.Danial and I really like her.She is a younger Dr but seemed to really know her stuff. So she said that everything is looking good. She wants to see me every 2 weeks and then down to every week. Its going to be busy. She was telling me all about this steriod that I will have to get in a few weeks to help the babies lungs develope.I am not sure of the name or much else except that it is necessary. Her assistant found all 3 strong heartbeats so that was good to hear.I also learned one other really interesting piece of info, because I wasnt on any fetility treatments I have a higher chance to carrying them to around 33-35 weeks, rather than someone who didnt concieve them naturally their's would be born around 32-33 weeks. So that was great news.
Then yesterday I had my 4-D ultrasound! That was really kewl! they were all very very active and definitly put on a great show.I had Kev's mom there my mom Sheri and then Kevin so I think they all really enjoyed it.The babies were kicking and pushing eachother it...

Well today was my very last appointment with Dr.Boulton.I am really going to miss him :( He was a fantastic Dr. I now have a new Dr at the high risk office at the Royal Alec Hospital her name is Dr Danial.I cant wait to see her and see what my true options are.
I have been starting to feel really crappy lately.I have NO energy and no ambition anymore.I guess it was only a matter of time before it all ran out.I was go go go for 2 months and now its caught up to us I guess.
I am feeling the girls move around soooooooooo much now I can tell they are growing very well and developing great! I have added some weight but the Dr's are telling me more more more!!!!! In total I have gained 15 lbs in about the last 3 months but they are wanting me around the 35 lb mark. I have been tring to eat as much as I can and up my portions but it is really hard when you have a toddler at home already who doesnt like to eat.So if he is ever hungry and wants food from my...

So Lots has been happening... We have been very busy with everything it seems lately! I finally finished my painting in the babies room!!! yah, That feels great to have it all done.I bought some carpet and picture frames and wall decorations and once those are up the room will be complete.I am actually waiting on some furniture for the babies and my son so once we get all that in things will slowly be completed.
I had my ETTC meeting the other night.I was sooooooooooo exicted for it but it turns out what I had invisioned was not that at all! LOL well we got there and it turns out once a year they have a craft night an this time we went was their craft night.SCRAPBOOKING!!! Lets just say Kevin wasnt really impressed. So I sent him out to Van shop for us and I stayed and made some cards and pages for the girls room.I was so sad when he left but cant really blame him for not wanting to hang with a room full of woman.LOL
I met a ton of great people all with multiples.I meet one lady in particular, She has 7 year old triplets...

Well today I can say was one of the worst days I have had in a long time! I knew that when I had a complete breakdown it was time for a breather. I am not sure if I was at the end of my rope or if my emotions and hormones got the better of me.
We are currently trying to get our son off the bottle and last night was brutal.I was up most of the night and then of course I was up early for no apparent reason. So I had a long day and my little guy cried all day Im not too sure on why but...LONG DAY!!! Im very glad it's over.
I did do some researching andf found out where I can purchase preemie soothers. There is a company called gumdrop pacifiers and you can actually purchase them right online. So that's what I did I bought a 10 pack of the natural ones and it only cost me 20.00 but 30 once shipping was said and done.So for 10 I think that's excellent.
I also bought 3 fitted sheets for the babies cribs and a pack of the cuttest softest recieving blankets, scratch mitties and pink...

Well today we had an aweful early start,I took my son to the pool for some swimming and it is starting to get alot harder than it used to be.Just simple things like carrying him in the building I am nit just carrying him there are 5 of us now!! So if you can imagine how big Im getting and how 25lbs of his weight plus my own.WOW! I am tired.
I just recieved an e-mail from the Doula we used with our first labor, saying she had contact information for me of another lady who 3 years ago had Triplet girls and now is pregnant with a singleton.I have to say she is really brave we are wanting anothyer child after these three but are hoping for another little boy.I guess if she knew her chances of having multiples again were low then that would be alright but WOW! She is brave.I was just pointing out that I think getting into contact with as many people as possible with multiples is a fantastic thing.Everyone with children know how much it helps to have some extra side line support.I am very curious to talk to her and see how she...

Well has it ever seemed like forever!! I thought my whole site had been shut down nobody was able to get on.So needless to say I have lots to update on.
Today is March 4th and we have moved into our new house had our 1st big ultrasound, our son was sick in the hospital, decided finally on a nanny and learned alot about the pregnancy along the way.
So on Febuary 21st I think we had our appointment at the perinatal clinic at the Royal Alex Hospital and It was a long ultrasound...I was in there for over 1 1/2 hours before they even let my husband in.
Well we learned that all 3 babies are in seperate amniotic sacs.Which is the best news ever!!!!! That means that the risk of them getting tangled dropped to 0%. We also got the best news ever that we are expecting 3 baby GIRLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats right girls. That's what we were going for! I dont think we could have been happier. She showed us between all 6 legs and nothing there Yah!!! So right away I called my mom to tell her and then my mother in law. They were happy to. So I waited...
